**BUYERS BEWARE! SOME PEOPLE ADVERTISE THIS SCOOTER WITH A 49CC ENGINE. WE HAVE THOSE THAT COME WITH THE MANUAL INDICATING 49CC HOWEVER, YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT IT IS A 47CC ENGINE AND NOT A 49CC. THE MANUALS THAT PRINT 49CC ARE WRONG/MISPRINTED THE SCOOTER HAS A 47CC AND ANYONE SELLING IT AS A 49CC IS MAKING A MISTAKE (UNLESS IT HAS A REGULAR SCOOTER ENGINE) MAKE SURE TO EXAMINE THE PICTURES PRIOR TO BUYING. YOU SHOULD ALSO PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE FRAME. SOME PEOPLE SELL THIS SCOOTER WITH THE OLDER MODEL FRAME (YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE IN THE PICTURES ABOVE THAT THIS IS THE NEW FRAME WHEN YOU LOOK UNDER / ALONG THE TANK LINE YOU CAN SEE HOW HEAVY THE NEW FRAME IS.) DO NOT TRUST SITES WHO'S PICTURES DO NOT CLEARLY SHOW THE FRAME.
